Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to identify their mental health needs, goals, and strengths.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your approach will be client-centered, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and work toward their therapeutic goals. Building trust and rapport with clients is essential, as it significantly enhances treatment engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, promoting trust and open communication.

• Proficiency in employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at managing a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
