This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional workspace. You will have access to a robust online platform for conducting virtual therapy sessions, ensuring seamless communication with clients and supporting documentation through electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Flexibility is key, as this role requires working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and concerns, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions to address diverse mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and resource sharing, which enhances client outcomes.

• Staying updated on best practices in therapy and participating in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training sessions.

• Contributing to the continual enhancement of clinical practices, patient care protocols, and service delivery models, ensuring that care standards remain high.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting unique emotional or psychological challenges. By leveraging your skills and experience, you will make a tangible difference in their lives through empathetic listening, supportive dialogue, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification in the state of California as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing mental health counseling to individuals and groups.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and foster trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in navigating electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or couples therapy will be considered an asset. Moreover, a commitment to cultural competency and understanding the nuances of working with diverse communities is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
