As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will have the flexibility to operate in a home-based setting. Despite the remote work environment, you will remain an integral part of our outpatient service team through virtual meetings and collaborative activities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and establish an accurate diagnosis.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities and participate in staff meetings and case reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new team members are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
