Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that feature measurable goals, ensuring progress is tracked effectively.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each client.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing approved electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers, primary care physicians, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case reviews, peer consultation groups, and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children to adults, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and experiences. You will work with clients navigating various challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• An active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license or eligibility for licensure within 90 days.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapy in outpatient or community mental health settings.

• Competence in conducting thorough assessments and developing effective treatment plans aligned with DSM-5 criteria.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and familiarity with documentation protocols.

• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and culturally responsive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses and incentives.
