Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain a balanced caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches is a plus.

• Previous experience in an outpatient or private practice setting is highly desirable.
