Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in weekly individual sessions with your assigned clients, guiding them through their treatment processes and addressing their mental health needs.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions that adhere to our program schedule, fostering a sense of community and support among clients.

• Collaborate with Primary Therapists to develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans, integrating various therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Coordinate necessary treatment services for assigned clients, ensuring timely access to care and ongoing support.

• Maintain regular communication with family members and referral sources, providing them with updates and support throughout the treatment process.
\n
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Keep thorough and accurate client records in compliance with licensing standards, overseeing documentation for clinical accuracy and completeness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California is mandatory. Please note that we cannot accept applicants with an associate license, as this is not billable through Medicare.

• Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases independently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in geriatric counseling is preferred but not a strict requirement.

• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse and multifaceted client population is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
