Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to effectively address client stress and mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify and understand clients' unique challenges, stressors, and mental health goals, tailoring mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Guide clients in mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises aimed at increasing emotional self-regulation, reducing anxiety, and enhancing overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
