Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions that utilize proven evidence-based methods, tailored to suit the needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique recovery journeys and wellness objectives.

• Participate actively in case consultations with a diverse team of mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care that is holistic and integrated.

• Stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices through ongoing professional development, workshops, and training programs.

• Provide constructive input to enhance clinical initiatives within the organization, aimed at improving patient outcomes and therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a therapist at Listening Room Therapy, you will encounter clients from various backgrounds, each with their distinct experiences and needs. Your ability to build rapport and provide encouragement will facilitate their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a direct counseling or therapy capacity.
\n
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy, active listening, and a client-centered approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) or similar systems to document client interactions and care plans is considered an asset.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The benefits include a 401(k) savings plan, health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, promoting your own well-being as you support others.
