Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be pre-screened individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This includes clients facing challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, and stress management. The goal is to empower these clients through effective counseling techniques, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance their mental wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.

• A strong organizational aptitude for managing multiple client caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of post-degree clinical experience. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
