Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.

• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Document client progress accurately and timely within our systems, ensuring compliance with required regulations and standards.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback for continuous professional development.

• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care for clients, addressing any complex needs that may arise.

• Maintain a client-centric approach that emphasizes rapport building and trust to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. It is essential to appreciate the unique cultural and socio-economic backgrounds of our clients, as this informs tailored therapeutic interventions and fosters effective client engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field that is recognized in California.
\n
• An active Mental Health license in California, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years’ post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and electronic clinical documentation systems to ensure efficient client management and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently while remaining an active and engaged team member.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually.
