Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans aligned with each client’s individual needs.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions designed to address a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related accredited field is required for this role.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working directly with clients in mental health settings is necessary.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly with clients and effectively collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
