Although the majority of your work will be done from home, you will have the chance to collaborate in person and meet with other team members in our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the psychological and emotional needs of our patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to enhance patient engagement and progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering community connections among patients facing similar mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive and seamless care for each patient.

• Respond effectively to mental health crises with timely intervention and support, ensuring patient safety and welfare.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment methods, and available community resources.

• Ensure that all patient records are accurately documented and maintained in line with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, couples, and families seeking assistance with varying mental health challenges. Our clients come from different socio-economic backgrounds, and their needs span a wide range—from those experiencing mild anxiety and depression to individuals grappling with more severe mental health issues. Providing tailored support and interventions plays a vital role in improving their overall quality of life and mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough assessments.

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy with diverse populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with sound judgment and ethical practice.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) technologies and Microsoft Office applications.

• A strong commitment to teamwork and collaborative practices within a multidisciplinary setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
