Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in delivering evidence-based therapy practices tailored to clients’ specific challenges and goals, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize effectiveness.

• Facilitate both in-person and teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in supervision and peer review sessions to enhance personal clinical skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of professional development and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload.
