This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging with clients in an outpatient setting. Our normal work schedule operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Hillside Mindscape Counseling Center, you will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Our client population is diverse, reflecting the rich cultural fabric of California, requiring you to be culturally competent and adaptable in your therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
