Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to encourage open communication.

• Assess client mental health and diagnose disorders based on client interviews, psychological testing, and observation of behavior, applying DSM-5 criteria.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's needs, effectively addressing their goals and challenges.
\n
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and methodologies to promote healing and personal growth.
\n
• Continuously evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize care.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, complying with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Guide patients in setting actionable goals and provide resources and referrals to additional specialists as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and other life challenges. Your role is pivotal in empowering these clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively and compassionately.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is essential, providing you the foundation to diagnose and treat various mental health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with patients quickly and effectively.
\n
• Proficiency in digital tools for teletherapy, documentation, and scheduling is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy effectively, utilizing the best practices in mental health care.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
