Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team to create and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized measures to inform treatment planning and document progress.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including writing detailed progress notes reflective of clients' achievements and challenges, with an emphasis on timely completion.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, employing effective de-escalation techniques and demonstrating knowledge of aggressive behavior warning signs.
\n
• Engage actively with patients and their families, ensuring they understand the treatment process and fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Advocate for clients effectively, identifying resources and opportunities within the community to support their ongoing needs.

• Monitor patients’ behaviors and report significant changes to the treatment team promptly.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Licensing: An independent license from the state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted. Valid credentials include:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Ability to assess and synthesize information for informed treatment planning.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record systems for managing patient documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
