Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments that evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, documenting the severity, frequency, and duration of experiences to create an accurate clinical picture.

• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment plans that resonate with their specific challenges, aspirations, and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during individual and group sessions, assessing their effectiveness and modifying them as needed.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, discussing treatment options, symptom management strategies, and avenues for ongoing support.

• Track and document treatment progress and client feedback systematically, adjusting interventions to ensure they are aligned with client goals and treatment objectives.
