This position is predominantly remote, promoting a flexible work environment that accommodates both the therapist's and the clients' schedules. Although primarily home-based, you will occasionally collaborate with colleagues during designated meetings and training sessions held at our outpatient office in Chandler, ensuring a supportive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess the severity and impact of mood disorders on clients' lives, enabling you to create effective treatment strategies.

• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific needs and personal goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure an optimal therapeutic outcome.

• Interacting with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engaging in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse, facilitating their healing journey through compassionate and informed therapeutic practices. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be vital in helping these vulnerable populations navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
