Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to comprehensively evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools as needed.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals in the community, including those dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, psychosis, and other serious psychological conditions. Additionally, you will provide care for clients within the county jail system, addressing urgent mental health needs while delivering continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
