Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and to develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a minimum requirement; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are preferred.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective client interactions and collaboration with colleagues.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential traits for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
