Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that effectively evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to each client's circumstances.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients, ensuring accessibility for those facing logistical or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, upholding the highest ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance your skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
