Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring a confidential and safe experience for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and behavioral issues.

• Regularly evaluate client progress through monitoring and feedback, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients about coping strategies, mental wellness, and the therapeutic process, empowering them to take an active role in their own healing journey.

• Document clinical notes and treatment updates accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and external resources to coordinate care for clients, addressing complex needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
