Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences, history, and needs, and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients, integrating their cultural and personal backgrounds into the therapy process.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
