Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and protect client information.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Engage clients and their families through psychoeducation, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
