Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure virtual platforms that prioritize confidentiality and comfort.

• Design personalized treatment plans, utilizing assessments and diagnostic tools to address specific client needs.

• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation of client sessions in accordance with telehealth best practices.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health by participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and many are seeking therapy for the first time. Your expertise will help empower clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their mental health goals through effective communication and trust-building.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
\n
• At least two years of post-graduate experience within a clinical setting.
\n
• Proficient using telehealth technology and platforms; experience with electronic health records (EHR) is welcomed.

• Exceptional communication skills, with strong aptitude for establishing rapport with clients in a virtual environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services specifically to adult and adolescent populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
