Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide live video therapy sessions to adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
