Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address a range of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant case notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and collaboration with colleagues to stay informed about the latest practices in psychotherapy.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment approaches based on collective experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. You will play a crucial role in helping clients build coping strategies and overcome obstacles in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients, demonstrating a depth of understanding in mental health therapy.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.
