Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories, emotional states, and specific treatment needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences, learn coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate integrated care approaches tailored to each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating skill in managing urgent situations with sensitivity and care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience post-licensure.

• Solid knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage empathetically and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to stay calm and think clearly during high-stress situations, ensuring clients always receive the support they need.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is essential, candidates with direct experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n
