The position is primarily remote, leveraging modern technology to facilitate therapeutic sessions while maintaining a personal connection with our clients. Our outpatient office supports a flexible schedule, allowing for appointments from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some adaptability required to meet patient needs. This setup supports work-life balance while ensuring accessible care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments aimed at understanding patients' trauma histories and delineating appropriate therapeutic pathways.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience building, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in processing trauma experiences, developing effective coping strategies, and promoting personal healing journeys.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma-related responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities focused on enhancing trauma-informed care delivery.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at our facility, you will work primarily with individuals suffering from various trauma-related disorders, including PTSD and complex trauma. This role requires a genuine commitment to understanding the unique challenges faced by these patients, helping them navigate their recovery paths through compassionate and tailored therapeutic support. Your skills will empower patients to rebuild their lives and reclaim their narratives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed care principles.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that reflect a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, ideally working with trauma survivors.

Compensation and Benefits\n
