Work Environment\n

Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to respond to patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care that addresses all facets of an individual’s health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care practices.

• Thorough knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client interaction are crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
