Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' psychological history, symptoms, and overall mental health.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans focused on facilitating recovery from trauma and building resilience in diverse patient populations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address patients’ specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring holistic support for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, offering support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma-related responses and strategies to cope effectively with their experiences.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
