Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand the mental health concerns of clients and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses as the basis for treatment plans.

• Engage clients in various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients during acute mental health episodes, helping ensure safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and any assessments conducted, in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid mental health therapist license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
