Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to understand their unique situations and develop appropriate interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring each session is tailored to the client's specific circumstances.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to a comprehensive treatment strategy for each client.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly to comply with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with individuals and families who are navigating complex issues including substance abuse problems, mental health disorders, relational conflicts, and emotional crises. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base, developing strong therapeutic relationships to help them navigate their challenges and reinforce their resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.

• Must possess a current and active California LMFT license that is not under suspension or probation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
