Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a variety of therapeutic sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Effectively assess clients' emotional and mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Stay informed about continuing education requirements for licensure and pursue additional training opportunities to broaden your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a strong understanding of state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
