Pure Motion Orthopedic Solutions is searching for a compassionate and committed Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to enhance our dynamic team located in Jacksonville, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients by evaluating their physical conditions and functional abilities through observational techniques and standardized tests.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are built upon thorough evaluations of each patient's unique circumstances and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy that incorporates advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimens, and the use of modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs and strategies for injury prevention, fostering a proactive approach to their health.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on specific patient responses.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
• Stay informed on the latest advances in physical therapy practices through continuing education and hands-on training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to those with chronic pain issues. You will be responsible for developing respectful and empowering healthcare relationships with each individual, thereby facilitating their journey toward recovery. Recognizing the variety of emotional and physical challenges that patients face is critical for delivering tailored care that resonates with their personal rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is essential for this position.
• At least three (3) years of experience in physical therapy, providing a well-rounded understanding of various therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills with an ability to perform and assess a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to perform independently while also supporting and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare is a necessity.

Preferred Experience

While three years of experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with specialties in orthopedics or sports medicine will be considered favorably. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is also advantageous for efficient patient documentation and care integration.

Compensation and Benefits

Pure Motion Orthopedic Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
