Work Environment

This full-time position involves on-site engagement, where therapists collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance patient care. The work schedule typically includes 40 hours per week, with variable weekend shifts as required. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to establish a clear diagnosis.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, aligning with best practices in physical therapy.
• Consult with healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's continuum of care.
• Maintain client records and document evaluations, treatments, and discharge plans in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Foster solid relationships with patients, families, and caregivers throughout the treatment process, actively involving them in discharge planning and treatment decisions.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development by attending staff meetings, workshops, and continuing education programs.
• Actively manage and supervise assigned support staff, ensuring optimal resource allocation within the department.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, marketing efforts, and program development to expand our service reach and impact.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, meets productivity expectations, and engages in quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals with a range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
