Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Touchstone Wellness, you will have a dynamic range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients, including the assessment of their medical history and performing specific assessments to determine individual treatment plans.
• Engaging with patients and their families, clearly explaining evaluation findings, treatment recommendations, and collaboratively establishing goals that align with the patients' lifestyle and needs.
• Implementing treatment protocols by utilizing both manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens, continuously adapting your approach based on patient responses and progress.
• Maintaining open communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, recognizing any changes in patient conditions that may require modifications to their treatment plans.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, including comprehensive evaluation reports, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries that reflect the patient's treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
