Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand patients' specific goals and requirements to tailor interventions effectively.
• Manage an efficient patient caseload, working with one patient per hour while maintaining high standards of care.
• Provide hands-on treatments and implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to help patients regain maximum functional ability.
• Develop and execute cost-effective treatment plans that optimize patients' mobility while minimizing reliance on medications or invasive surgical procedures.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs that focus on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly based on patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided meticulously to maintain accurate health records.
• Encourage a proactive approach to health by motivating patients to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to streamline patient management and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Holistic Health PT Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on those in need of orthopedic rehabilitation. Many of our patients are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Our objective is to restore their independence and help them return to their daily activities with improved functionality.

Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No record of disciplinary actions or board actions on your professional license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice in physical therapy.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and supervising effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, preferably WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to nurture patient relationships and foster a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary package, our benefits include:
