Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide outpatient mental health treatment including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for all client interactions, ensuring secure and effective communication while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, developing tailored treatment strategies based on individual client needs and urgency, as determined through established protocols.

• Engage in crisis intervention, care coordination, and if necessary, assist in arranging psychiatric admissions with psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques that reflect best practices in the field, adjusting approaches according to the dynamics of individual client situations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within an integrated healthcare context, focusing on family dynamics, sociocultural influences, and community resource utilization.

• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation, including case notes, treatment summaries, and progress reports, while also engaging with relevant stakeholders to gather essential information with client consent.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and regular supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services within a clinical setting.

• Proficient knowledge of telehealth platforms and experience with electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
