Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focused on achieving therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and approaches.

• Provide specialized couples therapy that addresses relationship dynamics and improves communication between partners.

• Facilitate family therapy to help families navigate challenging dynamics, fostering understanding and cooperation among all members.

• Develop comprehensive and customized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, documenting progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Utilize standardized diagnostic tools to assess and diagnose a variety of mental health disorders in clients.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working with psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals when comprehensive care is required.

• Stay current on best practices in marriage and family therapy through ongoing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and significant life transitions. You will address both acute and chronic mental health issues, providing a safe and trustworthy space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is mandatory.
\n
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in conducting therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• Ability to work autonomously while also valuing collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
