Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting healing and growth.

• Implement therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to address client needs effectively.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and specifying actionable interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Contribute actively to team discussions, working with colleagues to design and implement client-centered treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety where necessary.

• Document therapy sessions and treatment plans meticulously and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich our clients' therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
