This role also allows for a flexible schedule, typically requiring 8-hour shifts across five days, with occasional Saturday on-call duties. Key Responsibilities\n

In the role of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Providing educational support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, various treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for the best possible client outcomes.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and remaining updated with the latest research in mood disorder treatment to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
