Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current, valid LMFT license issued by the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated experience working with couples, children, teens, and families, with a particular focus on providing culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, with additional financial incentives like a sign-on bonus and retention bonuses based on performance.
