As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining regular communication with team members through video conferencing and electronic health record systems. Our work schedule generally runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring these plans align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual and group therapy settings.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring effective and responsive care delivery.

Qualifications\n
