Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy, tailored to the needs of the clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and interventions, actively involving clients in their care processes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and continuity.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment protocols to address immediate mental health concerns, including safety planning.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, enriching the therapeutic experience of clients.
