Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to promote personal growth and resilience.

• Collaborate with clients in setting measurable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote consultations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
