Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, actively involving clients in the decision-making process to ensure buy-in and commitment to their therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients facing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, regularly documenting progress notes and treatment adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary professionals, such as social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.

• Must possess active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
