Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing techniques that foster trust and openness.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with best practices in the field.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Provide effective crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans to protect client wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and client privacy at all times.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to provide the highest quality of care.

• Stay current with continuing education and licensure requirements, actively participating in workshops and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to relationship issues, grief and loss, parenting challenges, addiction, and other mental health disorders. Our clientele is diverse, reflecting various backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Experience working with couples and families in a therapeutic setting, applying evidence-based practices to facilitate change.
