Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be remote, providing you with the flexibility you need while maintaining a strong connection with clients through virtual consultations. You will work primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that you have evenings and weekends free to recharge. As part of our outpatient office, you'll have access to resources necessary for effective therapy, all while enjoying the convenience of remote work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and communication barriers.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal values, needs, and long-term objectives.
\n
• Create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to foster open communication, trust, and cooperation between clients and therapists.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to assist clients in managing their conditions and achieving therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as social workers and case managers, to provide comprehensive care and a holistic approach to treatment.

• Address emergency situations by providing immediate support and crisis intervention for clients in urgent need.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills in areas of interest, including trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families facing a wide array of challenges. This includes those dealing with trauma, emotional distress, relational issues, and communication struggles. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, paired with a genuine commitment to client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or certification in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or Family Systems Therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
