Beyond Expectation Counseling, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Calexico, California. This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility to work from home while also engaging in therapeutic sessions at our outpatient office. The work setting is primarily remote, allowing flexibility for our therapists to engage with clients from the comfort of their home or office. We also maintain an outpatient facility where in-person sessions can be conducted. The role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring consistent support for our clientele.

• Deliver professional mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to fit each client’s unique needs and coping strategies.

• Maintain regular client appointments, providing therapy sessions and updating treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate client progress and modify therapeutic approaches as needed.

• Facilitate both individual therapy and group therapy sessions, encouraging interaction and peer support.

• Assist clients in adopting healthier coping mechanisms and emotional stability through skill-building and therapeutic techniques.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current LMFT licensure in the state of California is mandatory.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compassionately.

• Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy is highly desirable.

• Two years of relevant professional counseling experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for effective patient management.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
